Join us monthly for a 1.5-hour workshop to further develop your weight management tools and understanding of factors that can hinder or stall your weight loss. This workshop will focus on selected topics, cognitive behavioural skills, and reflections on selfcare and personal growth. This program is recommended for those who have been in the program for 6 or more months but may be considered by the PCN team for others in the Obesity Clinic program based on personal suitability. This workshop will focus on the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours which will allow for moments of understanding and consequently the ability to let go of past harmful behaviours. This program is recommended for all patients in the Obesity Clinic regardless of time in the program.
