WVPCN Wins the Winter Wellness Trophy

The Westview Primary Care Network (WVPCN) won the Winter Wellness Challenge trophy! Our PCN had the highest number of participants across Edmonton. We are very proud of our team.  

The Winter Wellness Challenge is organized by the Edmonton Zone Medical Staff Association (EZMSA) and it took place in February 2021. Participants submit photos showing how they have been staying active during the winter for a chance to win one of the several prizes offered. 

 

The Categories WVPCN Won

Facility/PCN Trophy

o The health facility/PCN with the greatest number of participants will receive bragging rights and a trophy.

Winner: Westview PCN The Westview PCN had 14 participants while the 2nd and 3rd place goes to:

2 nd: Royal Alexandra Hospital with 11 participants

3 rd: Misericordia Hospital with 6 participants

 

The Local Take-Out Prize

$500 total to MEAT, Northern Chicken, Huma, Woodwork, and High Dough Dr. Carla Laidlaw from the Westview PCN

 

 

The Bonus Prize

$160 to True Movement

Dr. Treena Trustham from the Westview PCN

Dr. Trustham was the only member to correctly guess Dr. Cheryl Mack was the Executive behind the T. Rex costume.
