Homeless COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
WestView PCN had a homeless COVID-19 vaccine clinic in July 2021. The homeless vaccine clinic was a successful collaboration between:

St Augustine's Church
Neighbourlink Parkland
WestView Primary Care Network
