Bell Let's Talk: Mental Health Support
On Bell Let’s Talk Day, we would like to remind you that our Primary Care Network offers free mental health services and resources for you.
This year, the new campaign is Let's change this! and it puts a sharp focus on key mental health challenges faced by Canadians and practical actions that we can all take throughout the year.
Bell committed to donating $10 million for mental health programs and invites everyone to play a role in creating real change. Here are some actions we can all take:
. 𝗖hoose a mental health organization to learn about or support
. 𝗛elp a friend struggling with their mental health by learning how to support them
. 𝗔sk about how your school, workplace or community is creating change for mental health
. 𝗡urture your own well-being by practicing and learning mental health strategies
. 𝗚et involved in a mental health initiative or organize an event to support mental health
. 𝗘ngage in conversations about mental health to fight stigma
Visit

Your family doctor and care team at your local PCN are here for you! If you need mental health support, book an appointment with your doctor, sign up for one of our
free classes, visit the
resources page, or explore one of our specialized services such as:
- Adult Mental Health by a Behavioural Health Consultant
- Community Connector for Older Adults
- Youth Mental Health Clinic, including walk-ins on Fridays
- Community Health Navigator
Remember too our Virtual Care Clinic is only a click, or call, away. This is our alternative to a walk-in clinic in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Wabamun Lake, or Parkland County.
