Description of Each Session

SESSION 1: Ingredients for Success

How and what we eat is complex. Each person has a unique story based on their genetics, learned behaviors, experiences and environment. Understanding what influences your personal food decisions is the cornerstone to making simple, sustainable choices that will lead to long-lasting change.

SESSION 2: High Impact Habits

Big sweeping lifestyle changes are often impossible to keep up. Rather than a complete overhaul, learn how focusing on 5 key habits can get you started in the right direction.

SESSION 3: The Nitty-Gritty of Nutrition

Food information is everywhere. This class peels back the labels' layers and digs into what you need to know on a nutrition label and how key nutrients affect your health.

SESSION 4: Finding the Sweet Spot

All foods fit. Indulgences are a part of healthy and happy eating. Explore how to enjoy treats and special occasions while still honoring your health goals.

SESSION 5: Plan, Prepare, Enjoy!

You know what to do. But how do you do it? We cover how important food skills like meal planning,  prepping and cooking keep you on the right track.

SESSION 6: Recipe for Lasting Change

Healthy eating starts at the grocery store. Discuss the best choices at the grocery store to help you save time, eat well and save money. This session finishes with a summary of resoures and tips to help you maintain your goals and set you up for lasting success.
