Adult Psychiatric Services

Adult Psychiatric Services helps adults who are dealing with mental health challenges. The service supports people with conditions such as severe depression or anxiety, psychosis, mania, eating disorders, substance-use problems with mental health concerns, or those who have not improved with past treatments. Pregnant and postpartum patients with moderate to severe symptoms are also supported.

Patients are referred by their PCN Physician or Nurse Practitioner. Each referral is reviewed by a Social Worker to make sure the patient receives the right care at the right time. Referrals include information about symptoms, medical and mental health history, and what the doctor hopes the consultation will achieve.

To ensure quick and convenient care, both in-person and virtual appointments are available:

In-person appointments: Tuesday afternoons at WestView Primary Care Network Office

Virtual appointments: Monday - Thursday afternoons
