Mental Health Community Navigator - 1.0 FTE

We are currently recruiting a full-time Mental Health Community Navigator (1.0 FTE) to join the PCN team in an innovative position designed to help patients access timely mental-health supports and navigate Alberta’s mental-health system with ease and compassion. The Mental Health Community Navigator (MH-CN) is part of the WestView Primary Care Network’s Social and Community Health Program and works in collaboration with member clinics to ensure patients can access same-day or next-day (or close to) supports to navigate Alberta’s mental-health system. The MH-CN provides timely, compassionate, and practical assistance to help patients connect with appropriate community and healthcare services, addressing barriers that impact mental-health and social well-being.

Medical Office Assistant (MOA) – 0.8 FTE

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time, in-person basis (0.8FTE) at our Spruce Grove location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. A minimum offive years of Medical Office Assistant (MOA) experience is required, along with proven experience supporting Mental Health or Psychiatry practices.

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Paul First Nation, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families within the Paul First Nation community.
