Clinical Educator

The Westview PCN has a full-time opportunity available as a Clinical Educator. The Clinical Educator will work collaboratively with a Teacher Facilitator, hired through Parkland School Division (PSD) to build, test, and implement preventative mental health resources and lessons focused on supporting the mental health needs of children and youth in PSD schools and the wider community. 

 

Choice Dickinsfield Physician Recruitment 

This is an opportunity to join the team at the Comprehensive Home Option of Integrated Care for the Elderly Dickinsfield (CHOICE CCD). CHOICE CCD provides services for older adults who have complex health issues and want to remain living in their own homes. The goal of the program is to keep clients healthy, at home, and out of the hospital system. More about Choice Dickinsfield here. 

 

Electronic Medical Record Consultant (EMRC)

The Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Consultant (EMR-C) supports quality improvement through EMR optimization initiatives. The EMR Consultant will work with PCN member family physicians, clinic office staff, Physician Clinic Managers, Clinical Associates, POETs, other multidisciplinary team (MDT) members, and the Quality Improvement team, including Improvement Facilitators, towards the overall goal of ensuring efficient utilization of EMRs throughout the PCN. The EMR-C will report to the Clinical Services Manager.
