Virtual Care Clinic

Our Virtual Care Clinic (VCC) allows you to meet with a Nurse Practitioner online using any device with an internet connection.

For Residents of Alberta only; a valid Alberta Health Card is required. 

Services that the VCC can assist with:  

• Prescription refills
• Routine screening and prevention tests (i.e. diabetes screening, pap tests, etc)
• Annual physical exams
• Help finding local supports 

Also, 

• Evening and after-hours appointments are available
• COVID-19 patients welcome
• In-person appointments will be scheduled if required 

Remember: 

• There is a fee for certain services that are not covered by Alberta Health (i.e. sick notes, driver's medicals, etc). This will be by cash or e-transfer only. Click here to view the VCC Service Fees.    
• We do not accept requests for controlled drugs or substances (i.e. “narcotics”).
• We reserve the right to decline any appointment.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We do not tolerate abuse of staff in any form. This includes but is not limited to, verbal, emotional, written, physical, or otherwise.
